This is a historical sheet music cover titled "March of the Black Flag," composed by Charles T. Beauman.
It was published by C. D. Benson in Nashville, Tennessee, and was sold by various dealers across Southern cities including Memphis, New Orleans, Mobile, and Macon.
Quantrell Partisan Rangers "Black Flag" variant as documented to have been carried by the guerrilla forces under his command. While the cover artwork was clearly stylized with lyrics, the overall concept is a direct call back to that of Quantrell.
