Similar in concept to the Alabama State Sack Coats, these mid-lengthen tunics appear to have been popular amongst some of the regiments of Alabama. The coat vary in some details, but generally show a tunic lengthen chart, with a mid to high button count, and in one case a large patch pocket. While spread across a number of units, these do not appear to be an official depot or state issue garment, but rather local production.
