Based on trousers worn by Private Joseph Israel Daniel of Company D, 5th Georgia Cavalry, Liberty Rangers. Like many Commutation trousers, they utilize the body cloth for various components that are generally made from cotton in depot production. Those features that are cotton are made from check cotton shirting.
