South Carolina - Citadel Officer's Frock and Trousers
Uniform is based on the Citadel Uniform regulations from 1858 - can be found here. This is the uniform in use at the point of Secession and was seen in use in the opening months of the conflict. The garments are offered as just the frock coat or the completed uniform set (summer and winter patterns). The frock coat can come with or without shoulder boards. Boards are attached via a tie-on method commonly seen amongst pre-war officer and militia coats.
Unfortunately we cannot currently offer ranks above 1st Lt, as we have not been able to source a proper reproduction the applicable Citadel Ranks.
