North Carolina Uniform Set 1861-1865
North Carolina Uniform Set 1861-1865
North Carolina made a concerted and effective effort to cloth her forces via state production garments. Through this process, the state was able to supply many of her regiments fully and would end the war with vast amounts of uniform stocks. Through the years of the conflict, there were series of pattern and construction changes, with the two most notable being an issuance of trimmed sack coats transitioning to issued jackets and trousers.
Set includes a jacket, trousers, shirt, sack coat (optional), and early war trousers (optional).
The jackets within the set include the following:
North Carolina Sack Coat
North Carolina Jacket
Shirt:
MacRae Shirt
Trousers:
North Carolina Early Issue Trousers
North Carolina Mid/Late Issue Trousers
